Job summary

Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support the Deputy Project Manager in delivering a multi-site Emergency Communication System and Mass Notification System modernization program. The role focuses on project planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, reporting, and documentation control across geographically dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years supporting project management, program management, project controls, construction management, or similar coordination roles; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience supporting complex federal, commercial, infrastructure, technology, construction, or modernization projects.
• Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting project schedules, budgets, action item tracking, risk management, and project reporting.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Experience utilizing Maximo or comparable asset management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in the overall administration, management, and execution of contract requirements.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, tracking, and monitoring project activities, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Support the development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated project schedules utilizing Primavera P6.
• Monitor project performance, schedule status, action items, risks, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate project execution across multiple sites, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with project controls, cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting activities.
• Review and track vendor invoices, government invoices, Schedule of Values (SOV), and project expenditures.
• Support subcontractor and vendor management activities, including procurement coordination, deliverable tracking, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
