Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Deputy Program Director for SafeGuard Services (SGS) to support the Program Director in managing the full lifecycle of the contract, ensuring performance, compliance, and effective coordination across the team.

You will develop data collection systems, compile program metrics, and prepare briefings for leadership while coordinating with government stakeholders. Telework is available nationwide.

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience, with potential management background.
• Extensive UPIC operations and staff management knowledge.
• Familiarity with UPIC tasks: investigative development and actions.
• Experience with contract development, expansion, and budgeting.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems for data collection, reporting, and recordkeeping
• Compile program metrics and performance data
• Prepare reports and briefings
• Provide leadership with regular updates on contract status, action items, and performance indicators.
• Identify and communicate risks, support issue resolution, and help implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Develop procedures to ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives, collaborating with internal teams and government stakeholders.
• Evaluate program performance to support contract growth with operational insight and reporting.
• Telework available from anywhere in the United States.
