Job summary

Computer World Services Corp. seeks a Program Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and direction for the GSA program, coordinating engineering, operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and teleservices to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a large, diverse team across multiple projects, enforce contractual requirements, risk and financial management, and act as a senior technical advisor and SME for critical mission areas. Onsite at the customer location.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive PM/program management experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-site IT programs.
• DoD or federal agency program leadership background.
• Strong QA/QC, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior Government officials.
• Manpower planning, procurement support, and subcontractor oversight.
• Experience with cost analysis, risk analysis, and TCO.
• Experience conducting business case analyses and ROI assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations across multiple projects.
• Direct planning, production, and adherence to contract requirements.
• Provide financial management, staffing oversight, and risk management.
• Oversee QA/QC of deliverables and performance reviews.
• Engage with government stakeholders and negotiate executive discussions.
• Develop PMPs, change management, and IPRs.
