Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Deputy Program Director for SafeGuard Services (SGS) to help manage the full lifecycle of the contract, ensuring performance, compliance, and operational execution. The role involves contract administration, program coordination, and performance management with budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

Responsibilities include data collection, metrics, reports, and briefings, plus risk identification and mitigation in coordination with the Program Director and government

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience in related field and/or management roles.
• Extensive knowledge of UPIC operations, staff management, workload, metrics, and contract requirements (SOW, program integrity manual).
• Experience with UPIC tasks such as investigative development, best practices, administrative actions, and customer coordination.
• Contract development and expansion.
• Subcontractor management and budgeting experience.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems for data collection, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Compile program metrics and performance data.
• Prepare reports and briefings for program stakeholders.
• Provide leadership with regular updates on contract status, action items, and performance indicators.
• Identify and communicate risks, support issue resolution, and help implement mitigation strategies.
• Assist in developing procedures to ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives, collaborating with internal teams and government stakeholders.
• Evaluate program performance to ensure targets and growth through reporting and insights.
• Telework available from anywhere in the United States.
