Responsibilities

• Serve as governance lead across the PSCS portfolio, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in delivery approaches, tools, and processes.
• Establish and improve SOPs, templates, and best practices across proposal development, project delivery, and reporting.
• Partner with leadership to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate proposal development, content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop compelling technical content and differentiators.
• Monitor project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; report status to leadership.
