Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a Lead Project Manager to support the U.S. Department of Justice under the MEGA 6 automated litigation support program in a fully remote role.

You will coordinate Document Center resources, supervise PM staff, and manage caseloads across multiple cases to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role requires extensive litigation support experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work remotely while coordinating with DOJ and contractor

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• At least six years of progressively responsible experience in major litigation support projects, including at least one year of Project Manager experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously.
• Requires outstanding writing and oral communication skills; ability to interact with attorneys on complex support activities.

Responsibilities

• The Lead Project Manager coordinates all Document Center resources and subordinate staff.
• Reports to the Division Contract Director or a Deputy and leads multiple PMs on large centers.
• Carries own caseload in multi-case Document Centers and ensures quality and timeliness.
• Consults with COR and Government Case Managers on operations, scheduling, staffing and security.
• Coordinates with other Contractor components to address litigation support needs.
