Job summary

Rillet is seeking a Deployment Lead to oversee onboarding and successful deployment for new customers in a fast-growing fintech-adjacent ERP space. You will work directly with finance teams to understand needs and translate them into practical ERP-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in accounting or related customer-facing roles, with strong communication and project management skills. A hybrid schedule and remote options within the U.S. are available.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong accounting foundation, with the ability to discuss close, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth implementation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones, maintain updates, and align stakeholders during onboarding.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues to keep launches on track.
• Build trust with customers through responsiveness and solutions-oriented approach.
