Job summary

Rillet seeks an Accounting Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and deployment for customer accounts. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to implement ERP-based solutions, translate client accounting needs into precise requirements, and guide training and change management throughout the process.

With 4–7 years in accounting or advisory, you bring a strong foundation and systems-minded approach to a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
Strong accounting foundation with ability to map client needs to solutions.
Experience with ERP implementations or related system onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and deployment for new customers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
Analyze client accounting workflows and translate needs into concrete requirements.
Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
Track milestones and keep stakeholders aligned throughout onboarding.
Identify risks early and help keep customer launches on track.
Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to customers.
