Rillet is seeking a Deployment Lead to guide customers through onboarding and ERP implementations. This role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate accounting workflows into practical requirements, manage data migration, and ensure a smooth deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth implementation.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
Learn and analyze client accounting workflows, translate needs into clear requirements.
Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
Track milestones, drive follow-through, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
Identify risks early, escalate issues quickly, and keep launches on track.
Build trust with customers by being responsive and solutions-oriented.
Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
