Job summary

Rillet, based in New York, seeks an Accounting Solutions Consultant to help onboarding of customers onto Rillet's ERP platform. You’ll work directly with finance teams to map requirements and deliver a smooth deployment.

The role favors candidates with 4–7 years in accounting, audit, or advisory, strong communication, and a systems-minded mindset for fast-paced SaaS environments. Hybrid schedule with NYC/SF offices; remote options available.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong accounting foundation with credibility on close, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and core finance workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work in a fast-paced startup.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment for Rillet implementations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute plans quickly.
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows and translate into requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones and keep stakeholders aligned throughout onboarding.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues to keep launches on track.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to customers.
