Job summary

Medaptus is hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments of its EHR-integrated healthcare revenue cycle and patient assignment solutions. You will manage the client relationship from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live support, coordinating with hospital IT teams and internal staff.

This client-facing role involves workflow assessments, system configuration, data validation, training, and post-go-live support across physician groups, hospitals, and health systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare IT implementation or related client-facing role.
• Experience with EHR integration and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client implementations from kickoff through go-live, typically on a ~90-day timeline.
• Maintain current project documentation (plans, trackers, meeting notes) and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate integration work with client IT teams (VPN/tunnel, interface feeds).
• Run workflow assessment sessions to map current-state to future-state configurations.
• Lead interface and data validation testing.
• Deliver end-user training and provide go-live support (on-site or remote).
