Job summary

Elite-Recruiting seeks an experienced Implementation Engineer to deploy, configure, and support enterprise software while maintaining the IT infrastructure that enables client operations. You will manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, networking knowledge, and the ability to work with Sales, Development, Product, and Support teams to deliver successful deployments and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business and technical requirements to develop implementation strategies.
• Configure, customize, and deploy software solutions based on customer needs.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and associated hardware.
• Customize applications using configuration settings, APIs, scripts, or code to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, project timelines, technical documentation, and deployment records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Product, and Support teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide technical training and ongoing support to clients and internal end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance before production deployment.
• Manage multiple implementation projects while meeting project milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor software licensing and subscription services to ensure systems remain current, compliant, and cost effective.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and implementation best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
