Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Technology Integration Engineer to drive seamless IT operations across our dental network. You will manage MSP partnerships, oversee core systems like Denticon, O365, Teams, and SharePoint, and coordinate technology onboarding for practices during transitions.

The role emphasizes IAM, endpoint management with Intune, SSO integrations, cybersecurity best practices, and governance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dental/DSO operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of PMS or technology integrations experience.
• 3+ years delivering PMS or technology training to end users.
• Hands-on experience with O365, Azure and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an engineer for PMS conversions and technology onboarding during practice transitions.
• Coordinate hardware and driver installations; resolve integration dependencies with IT, Operations and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Manage core platforms including Denticon, Microsoft 365, Teams, EDR, RMM and SharePoint; ensure access control and governance.
• Onboard and offboard employees; maintain high technology experience at the practice level; escalate issues to MSPs as needed.
• Manage domain registrations, transfers and DNS for practices; track MSP dispatches and vendor status.
