Job summary

Wisdom is seeking a proactive IT Operations & Client Connectivity Specialist to lead the deployment and ongoing support of remote connectivity for our dental practice clients. You will own each client's connectivity journey, coordinating with dental offices, their IT providers, onboarding teams, and engineering to ensure secure, stable connections and excellent client service.

From onboarding through post go-live support, you will manage projects to completion and help scale our remote access

Qualifications

3+ years of IT support, implementation, or client-facing operations.
Experience supporting remote users, VPNs, remote desktop, Windows, and networking fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, authentication, networking, and connectivity.
Experience coordinating technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, written and verbal, with nontechnical audiences.
Able to manage multiple client implementations independently while collaborating remotely.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical onboarding process for new client implementations.
Coordinate with dental offices and IT providers to establish secure remote access.
Configure and validate VPN, remote desktop, and network connectivity.
Perform end-to-end validation including testing and stability checks.
Provide ongoing support and status updates to clients and internal teams.
Help build and maintain Wisdom's remote connectivity platform as the company scales.
