Job summary

Wisdom is seeking an IT Operations & Client Connectivity Specialist to lead the deployment and ongoing support of remote connectivity for dental practice clients. You will own the connectivity journey, coordinating with offices, their IT providers, onboarding teams, and engineering to ensure secure, stable connections.

You will manage projects end-to-end from initial implementation through post go-live support, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, technical implementation, systems administration, MSP, or client facing technical operations.
• Experience supporting remote users, VPNs, remote desktop technologies, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, authentication, networking, and connectivity.
• Experience coordinating technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and technical onboarding for new implementations.
• Coordinate with dental offices and their IT providers to establish secure remote access.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN, TS+, Splashtop, remote desktop, and network connectivity.
• Validate end-to-end implementations before go-live and perform connectivity testing.
• Serve as the primary technical owner for client connectivity post-implementation.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership of communications with clients.
