Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in an IT support organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to team members at dental practices.
• Track all issues and solutions in real-time using the ticketing system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the computing infrastructure.
• Assist in service desk and hardware troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues with PCs, servers, and networked devices.
