Electronic Systems Inc. seeks experienced Dental Office PC Installation Technicians to replace PCs and install workstations at dental practices. You will install and configure dental PMS and imaging applications, review office workloads, and create repeatable runbooks for deployments.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with dental PMS platforms and imaging software, plus the ability to work remotely and document configurations for future sites.

Formación

• Hands-on experience installing and supporting dental PMS platforms.
• Experience with dental imaging applications (DEXIS, Carestream, Sidexis).
• Ability to review existing workstations and reproduce configurations on replacements.
• Strong troubleshooting for licensing, drivers, and peripherals.

Responsabilidades

• Replace and configure Windows PCs at dental offices.
• Review existing workstation to map applications, drivers, and printers.
• Install and configure dental PMS and imaging applications.
• Configure server connections, drives, and imaging paths.
• Migrate user data and settings when applicable.
• Document installation procedures and resolutions.
• Troubleshoot licensing, connectivity, and driver issues.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Test all applications with office staff before completion.
