Job summary

GEHA, a nonprofit member association delivering health and dental benefits, seeks a Digital Communications professional to manage the Connection Dental Network website and quarterly newsletter. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand-consistent messaging and regulatory compliance while driving content performance.

Responsibilities include producing collateral for provider acquisition and administration, and analyzing surveys to inform network improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, health administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content management, digital communications, or marketing, healthcare/dental network preferred.
• Experience with website CMS, newsletter platforms, and content analytics tools.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading with ability to simplify complex info.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Connection Dental Network website and content strategy.
• Create, facilitate and distribute the quarterly CDN newsletter.
• Collaborate with dental network and GEHA teams to produce marketing and admin collateral.
• Design, administer and analyze provider surveys to inform improvements.
• Ensure content adheres to brand, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Monitor website analytics and newsletter engagement and report performance.
• Serve as SME on digital communications best practices for the network.
• Support ad hoc content needs from dental network leadership.
