Job summary

Highmark Health, through United Concordia Dental, is seeking a results-driven healthcare contract specialist to recruit, train and service dental networks across a remote territory. You will manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with policies while enhancing provider performance and reimbursement processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare/insurance, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of ADA/CDT codes.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years in healthcare/insurance or related experience.
• Experience presenting concepts to varied audiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective providers in assigned territory.
• Develop and follow up on leads to support recruitment efforts.
• Customize provider agreements and monitor contract compliance.
• Analyze contract financials and stay informed on reimbursement methods.
• Meet with dental staff to explain guidelines, fee schedules and networks.
