Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Health Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in content management, digital communications, or marketing, preferably in a healthcare or dental network environment.
• Experience with website CMS, newsletter platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to translate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Connection Dental Network website and content strategy.
• Create and distribute the quarterly CDN newsletter, coordinating content and logistics.
• Collaborate to produce marketing and administrative collateral for provider acquisition and administration.
• Design, administer, and analyze provider surveys to measure satisfaction and inform improvements.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and standards.
• Monitor website analytics and newsletter metrics to optimize strategy and report on performance.
