Job summary

GEHA Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Channel Specialist to manage website updates, email campaigns, and social media across multiple platforms. You will analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements to optimize campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Growth team to create deliverables, reports, and webinars while upholding brand, UX, and CX standards across GEHA and its brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital channel management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, CMS management (Sitecore), email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, update and maintain content across G.E.H.A's websites using Sitecore CMS.
• Design and implement email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Post social media content using Sprout Social or directly to platforms.
• QA website content and track performance metrics.
