Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to elevate social media across our network of 200+ practices. You will own content creation, editing, and strategy with a focus on authentic, scalable content across regions.

The role includes coaching local teams, developing content guides, and traveling to capture original material. Remote work with a flexible schedule is offered as GDP grows its national footprint.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to create and edit short‑form video content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, trends, and platform best practices.
• Ability to coach and train teams across multiple offices and regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging short‑form video content (Reels/TikToks) and publish.
• Film, edit, and publish content featuring doctors, team members, patients when appropriate, office culture, education, and technology.
• Identify trends and translate them into content for dental practices and the GDP brand.
• Lead monthly virtual social media trainings and check‑ins with participating practices.
• Teach office teams how to capture better photos and videos and create engaging social content.
• Develop simple content guides and shot lists for offices to participate.
• Travel to GDP’s eight regions approximately once per year to capture original content.
• Plan shoots to maximize usable content.
• Capture a mix of practice‑specific and evergreen content; organize a reusable library.
