Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to elevate our social presence across a nationwide network of practices. You will create engaging content, including videos, and guide local teams to become stronger content creators.

You will lead strategy, production, and training, traveling to capture original content and scaling best practices across 200+ practices. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong experience creating and editing short‑form video content.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing platforms.
• Comfortable filming content using smartphones and professional/basic camera equipment.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
• Ability to take a broad strategy and translate it into creative, engaging content.
• Comfortable coaching and training people who may have little social media experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage content across a large number of brands and locations without sacrificing quality.
• Willingness to travel approximately 8 regional trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging short‑form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
• Film, edit, and publish content featuring doctors, team members, patients when appropriate, office culture, education, technology, recruiting, and brand personality.
• Identify relevant social trends and translate them into content appropriate for dental practices and the GDP brand.
• Write engaging captions and social copy while maintaining individual practice brand voices.
• Build content strategies that balance scalable national content with authentic, office-specific content.
• Maintain social content calendars and ensure consistent posting across participating practices.
• Monitor performance and use social analytics to continually improve content.
