Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a remote US-based role with occasional travel to industry events. You will own and grow a book of dental practice accounts, serve as the primary contact for dentists and office teams, and identify opportunities to upsell and expand utilization while collaborating with the broader commercial team.

The role emphasizes revenue retention, KPI-driven targets, and delivering excellent customer experience across more offices and service lines.

Qualifications

• Clinical dental background (RDA, RDH, dental assisting) transitioning to sales/account management.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets in a KPI-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building with busy dental practices and consultative communication.
• Organized, data-driven, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
• CRM familiarity; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing dental practice accounts (account management + inside sales).
• Serve as the primary contact for dentists and office teams, resolving issues and protecting satisfaction/retention.
• Identify growth opportunities via upsell / cross-sell and increased utilization.
• Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities through a consultative sales process.
• Partner with field Business Development to support expansion and coordinated account plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and account health tracking (HubSpot a plus).
• Support renewals / commercial conversations where applicable and escalations.
• Share customer feedback and market insights internally to improve service delivery and commercial execution.
