In this role you will drive retention, engagement, and operational excellence at scale by using data, dashboards, and proactive outreach to strengthen customer relationships; you will partner with Sales, CX, Training, Ops, and Marketing to deliver value.

• Familiarity with CRM dashboards and high-volume portfolio management.
