Candid seeks a Remote Account Manager to drive clear aligner case volume by building long-term relationships with dental practices across the United States. In this fully remote role, you will onboard and train providers, monitor progress, and guide strategic growth to meet sales quotas and revenue goals.

The role is fully remote anywhere in the US, with an annual On Target Earnings range of $85,000–$100,000 (base $55,000–$60,000 plus variable).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience, dental industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a high level of professionalism.
• Confident presenter and educator, comfortable leading virtual and live trainings.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage accounts and sales pipelines (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple relationships remotely.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative partner, training and supporting practices to optimize workflows and increase aligner adoption.
• Tailor engagement strategies and business plans for each practice based on growth potential and needs.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with providers and their teams to drive long-term success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, responsive solutions to customer needs.
• Work with marketing to launch targeted campaigns and educational programs that activate accounts.
• Make autonomous decisions on prioritization of account initiatives and resource allocation.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and track performance in Salesforce.
• Analyze account data to make high-level revenue and customer success recommendations.
• Stay current on product and industry trends to position CandidPro in conversations.
• Attend select events or conferences (up to 10% travel) to strengthen relationships.
