Job summary

Dexian is hiring a Contract Customer Service Representative to support dental insurance customers from a remote California work setup. You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve questions about coverage, claims, and benefits, and deliver service with empathy and accuracy.

The role requires accurate navigation of systems (Salesforce, Word, Excel, Outlook), strong listening skills, and the ability to work 5:00 AM–8:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reliable high-speed wired Ethernet Internet (100 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up). WiFi not compatible.
• 1 year of experience in a remote Call Center Customer Service role.
• Ability to navigate across multiple computer monitors and programs while conversing with a customer.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dental customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service.
• Research requests regarding product aspects, policy provisions, claim status, etc.
• Process transactions and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas; track responses.
• Communicate effectively to strengthen customer relationships with empathy.
