Job summary

Dialog Direct, a Qualfon company, is hiring customer service professionals to work from home (100% remote) handling inbound calls about pharmacy benefits. The role includes virtual paid training and focuses on eligibility and benefits support for dental providers.

You will respond to inquiries, document interactions, and work a schedule with minimal supervision while using multiple applications to assist customers in a courteous, professional manner. Full-time remote role with benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of call center experience.
• Ability to attend a 100% classroom training program.
• Dental care industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Passion to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Experience working in a time-sensitive environment.
• Computer-savvy, able to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via inbound and outbound service; telephone interactions to address a variety of customer inquiries in a consistently polite manner
• Handle basic Eligibility and Benefits questions for dental providers
• Forward specific inquiries as directed for priority resolution
• Document each encounter/resolution in the computer tracking system
• Maintain strong capacity to retain information and deliver on customer requests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Work independently, adhering to an assigned schedule with minimal assistance
• Multi‑task across several computer applications while maintaining quality conversations with customers
