Job summary

Benco Dental, part of the 1930 Ventures family, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from dentists and dental offices, enter orders, process payments, and answer questions.

This remote role is based in Reno, NV with a Monday–Friday schedule 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PST and an hourly wage of $18.00. We offer day-one benefits, 401(k), PTO, profit sharing, and a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reside within 1 hour of Reno, Nevada, is required.
• Remote/work-from-home capability with reliable internet is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from dentists, dental offices and labs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enter orders for merchandise and small equipment; process credit card payments.
• Answer customer questions with accurate information and professional tone.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.
