Job summary

brighterly is seeking a Demo Lesson Teacher to deliver engaging 1-on-1 demo classes in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) for K–8 students. The role includes providing feedback, tracking performance, and using ready-made teaching materials.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of teaching experience, a passion for making math exciting, and availability for at least 20 hours per week. This position offers flexible hours and full training in Brighterly’s teaching methodology.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of teaching experience with kids in Math or English.
• Strong knowledge of math concepts taught at the K–8 level.
• Availability for at least 20 hours/week, primarily on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging 1-on-1 demo classes in Math and ELA.
• Provide feedback to the team on lessons and student engagement.
• Track performance and share insights to improve the learning experience.
