Brighterly, a growing EdTech platform in the United States, seeks passionate educators to provide 1-on-1 English Language Arts lessons to K–8 students. You will deliver engaging lessons and help nurture their literacy skills through a fun online environment.

Qualifications

• C1+ English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent.
• At least 6 months of teaching experience with children.
• Strong knowledge of phonics, reading comprehension & writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging 1-on-1 ELA lessons that make learning fun.
• Help students build confidence in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Track each child's progress and share insights with the academic team.
