Job summary

A tutoring company is seeking an Online Teacher for a part-time remote position. You will provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction to K-12 students, preparing lesson materials and communicating professionally with parents. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience in math, ELA, or SAT prep, and possess a reliable internet connection. The job requires a commitment of at least 20 hours weekly and is flexible in timing.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in math, ELA, or SAT prep.
• Experience with K-12 ELA/Math standards.
• Teaching license preferred but not required.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching with Cosmo 1:1.
• Available between 3-10 PM EST or 6-9 AM EST on weekdays or weekends.
• Minimum of 20 hours of availability on a weekly basis.
• Access to a private and quiet location.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
