Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven 5+ years in demand and supply planning, procurement, or supply chain management within the retail industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production and logistics teams to align forecasts with business goals.
• Analyze sales patterns and external factors to anticipate changes in demand.
• Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory costs.
• Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to provide updates on demand trends, inventory status, and supply chain risks.
• Manage category-level ordering, including purchase order placement, status tracking, and supplier communication.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to support inbound operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in forecasting, inventory management, and ordering.
