Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in demand and supply planning, procurement, or supply chain management in retail.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production and logistics to align forecasts with business goals.
• Analyze sales patterns to anticipate changes in demand.
• Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels to optimize stock and minimize excess.
• Provide regular updates on demand trends, inventory status, and supply chain risks.
• Manage category-level ordering and supplier communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in forecasting and inventory management.
