Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field is required or preferred.
• MBA is a plus for leadership roles and strategic decision making.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain.
• 4+ years of experience leading professional-level teams.
• Experience with forecasting, replenishment, ERP, and planning systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead inventory strategy, SKU governance, and stocking policy across fulfillment centers.
• Establish an enterprise forecasting framework with accuracy measures and accountability.
• Own replenishment execution and network allocation to maximize delivery reach and minimize inventory investment.
• Own inventory KPIs and executive reporting with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain Operations.
