Qualifications

• 3+ years in demand or supply chain planning or related areas.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, sales trends, and inventory data to support forecasting and purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align inventory with demand.
• Monitor inventory levels, availability, and replenishment requirements.
• Assess supplier lead times and production capabilities to prevent shortages.
• Support monthly planning and improve forecast accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support monthly planning activities and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage inventory planning for multiple products and SKUs.
• Assist with new product introductions and changing inventory requirements.
• Utilize ERP and planning systems to maintain accurate data and improve inventory visibility.
• Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory, improve product availability, and streamline planning processes.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory management, material planning, or purchasing.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment processes.
• Experience using ERP/MRP or inventory planning systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with large amounts of data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with multiple departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
