Job summary

Seer Interactive is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the systems, programs, and measurement behind our demand gen strategy. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role on a 3-person marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

You’ll own HubSpot campaigns, newsletters, webinars and events, lifecycle nurture programs, and KPI reporting for outbound MQLs and event engagement. This role is not a content creation role; you’ll focus on distribution, repurposing, and program

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B demand generation campaigns end to end.
• Hands-on in a marketing automation platform; built and launched campaigns and emails.
• Strong program management, able to manage multiple campaigns and webinars in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Build and run demand campaigns end to end across email, social, events, and outbound channels.
• Own newsletters end to end: strategy, production, reporting.
• Own the Signal webinar series and event presence—from promotion to follow-up.
• Own HubSpot instance end to end: campaigns, emails, workflows, lifecycle steps.
