The role covers HubSpot admin, multi-channel campaigns, content creation, events, and collaboration with vendors. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B healthcare marketing and strong analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years B2B demand generation and marketing operations in healthcare or digital health.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
• Proven campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
• Experience website management, SEO, and content production.
• Experience managing vendors and creative agencies.
• Strong writing, project management, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team, high-ownership environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across segments.
• Track funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, CAC) and propose improvements.
• Own HubSpot CRM configuration, lead scoring, workflows, dashboards.
• Plan and execute email programs and nurture sequences.
• Manage company site with WordPress/Elementor in partnership with agencies.
• Oversee paid media (Google Ads) and trade publications as needed.
• Lead SEO strategy and report on performance for clinicians and patients.
• Create content: blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, decks.
• Support field events, trade shows, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage social media presence (LinkedIn) and editorial calendar.
• Support PR with press releases and coverage sharing.
• Coordinate with vendors and design agencies on assets and budgets.
• Manage marketing budget and resource optimization.
