EnableComp is a leading provider shaping complex revenue cycle management with AI-driven platforms. We are seeking a Manager of Demand Generation to own the multi-channel campaigns, create compelling content, and drive pipeline growth.

This role partners closely with product marketing, events, and SDRs to ensure a seamless path from first touch to qualified leads. You will build the engine for content and campaigns, working with the GTM Engineer to optimize automation, data, and ROI.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B
• Experience in healthcare/RCM is a plus.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM systems.

Mansioni

• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, organic).
• Own pipeline targets and report performance against revenue goals.
• Manage the demand gen budget and ROI tracking.
• Own funnel content end-to-end: blogs, ebooks, landing pages, nurture emails.
• Ensure content reflects current positioning and messaging by Marketing leadership.
• Establish scalable content calendars and production workflows.
• Build and manage nurture programs and workflows in HubSpot.
• Collaborate on automation needs with the GTM Engineer without owning underlying systems.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate as needed with IT/Engineering.
• Partner on webinar/event strategy and post-event lead nurture.
• Align campaigns with Product Marketing narratives and SDR handoff.
