IRT Living seeks a Marketing Manager to drive strategy, execution, and performance of marketing programs across its apartment communities. You will partner with on-site teams, develop value propositions, and leverage AI tools to improve output and lead generation. The role requires travel to markets and a hands-on approach to campaign development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience in multifamily real estate.
• Experience with renovation projects and repositioning of a property preferred.
• Strong project management and metrics-driven mindset.
• Proficient in digital marketing, analytics, and AI-enabled campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary marketing partner to on-site teams, delivering strategy, tools, and campaign execution.
• Develop and standardize value propositions across websites and advertising.
• Equip teams with campaigns and resources for lead generation.
• Lead promotional materials, including AI-enabled outputs for speed and quality.
• Manage budgets to maximize lead generation and performance.
• Travel up to 30% to assigned markets for market insights and support.
