Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. You will plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, including emails and nurture programs, within our marketing automation platform.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams, with a focus on AI-enabled processes to enhance campaign effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in demand generation, hands-on HubSpot experience, and strong project

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation and email campaigns
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in HubSpot
• Strong project management with calendar discipline
• Knowledge of email deliverability, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign analytics
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting
• Experience using AI to improve marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

• Campaign Development & Execution: build and deploy campaigns and emails in the marketing automation platform; maintain nurture programs.
• Campaign Project Management: manage workflow, cadence, and priorities across stakeholders.
• Social Media Support: execute social media plan, collaborate with sales for LinkedIn strategy.
• Testing & Optimization: apply testing practices to improve results across campaigns.
• Measurement & Reporting: track campaign performance and translate findings into recommendations.
• AI-Enabled Marketing: identify and build AI into processes to improve implementation, quality and personalization.
