Arcesium is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. You will plan, build, launch, and measure end-to-end demand generation campaigns, from emails and nurture programs to marketing automation, coordinating with Sales and Product Marketing.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in demand generation, hands-on HubSpot experience, and strong project management. Experience with AI-enhanced campaigns and B2B financial services marketing is a plus, as is a

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in marketing automation.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, list health, and campaign analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting, collaborating with sales teams.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in financial services or financial technology marketing is a plus.
• Experience using AI to improve marketing campaigns, such as AI agents or automations.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end demand generation campaigns, including building and deploying campaigns and emails in marketing automation, nurturing programs, and supporting additional campaigns as needed.
• Serve as project manager for campaigns, managing workflow, cadence, and priorities across stakeholders.
• Manage the social media plan to support campaigns, including LinkedIn strategy and content planning.
• Apply best practices in campaign testing and diverse media to continually improve results.
• Measure campaign performance, email health, and channel performance; translate findings into recommendations.
• Identify and build AI into processes to improve campaign implementation, quality, personalization, and reporting.
