Job summary

Catalis, LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth across multiple verticals.

Remote role in the United States with up to 5% travel. You will collaborate with sales, BDR, product, and content teams to drive engagement and conversion, leveraging Pardot and Salesforce to measure performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
• Proven success with email marketing, webinars, and digital funnel optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to sales priorities.
• Build segmented, automated email nurture streams to advance leads through funnel stages.
• Create compelling copy, graphics and CTAs for buyer journeys.
• Plan and run demand generation webinars with promotion and follow-up nurturing.
• Track KPIs (MQL, conversion, pipeline, ROI) and optimize campaigns.
