Job summary

QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Deltek Vantagepoint Systems Manager to lead modernization of the Vantagepoint ecosystem across multiple entities in the US. You will architect automated integrations with Rippling and Avalara, standardize reporting, and influence system-of-record decisions.

The role requires 5–7 years of Deltek Vantagepoint administration in a multi-company setting, strong SQL/Power BI capabilities, and excellent cross‑functional communication with Finance, IT, and HR/Payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years administering Deltek Vantagepoint in a multi-company environment.
• Multi-jurisdiction payroll tax tracking and compliant withholding.
• Advanced SQL and reporting within/alongside Vantagepoint.
• Experience managing security, user roles, and workflows in Deltek ERP.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated Rippling–Deltek Vantagepoint API integration.
• Implement automated multi-jurisdiction tax workflow with Avalara.
• Audit timesheet/expense workflows; define system-of-record approach for payroll accuracy.
• Capture Work-In locations at timesheet level and sync to Rippling for accurate payroll taxes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize processes.
• Standardize COA groupings; build SQL/Power BI reports for leadership visibility.
• Manage Vantagepoint user IDs, security, and permissions; document SOPs.
• Handle special projects with Finance/HR/Leadership; plan and execute.
