You will partner with Finance & Accounting to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and enable robust reporting. As the company grows through acquisitions, you will lead M&A related integrations and migrations, guiding data strategy from due diligence through full integration and post go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years working in Deltek Vantagepoint with hands-on ownership.
• Proficient in advanced T-SQL, performance tuning, and SSMS.
• Experience integrating HRIS/Payroll, CRM, and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Deltek Vantagepoint configuration, administration, security, and daily support.
• Lead release cycles: impact assessments, testing, upgrades, patches and deployments.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues across Deltek ERP and connected systems; drive root-cause fixes.
