Job summary

FGMA Architects is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Enterprise Applications Manager to lead Deltek Vantagepoint administration and long‑term success. You will partner with IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure system alignment with business needs and drive efficiency.

The role blends system ownership with training, governance, and cross‑functional leadership, including upgrades, integrations, reporting, and roadmap development.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years supporting ERP systems or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on admin/configuration/optimization experience.
• Translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary admin and business owner of Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Maintain configuration, workflows, security, user access, data integrity.
• Partner with leaders to improve processes through technology.
• Lead upgrades, integrations, testing, releases, and optimization.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for decisions.
• Support financial/project processes: time/expense, billing, revenue recognition.
• Collaborate on Vantagepoint CRM and data quality.
• Establish governance, data standards, and best practices.
• Deliver training and ongoing user support.
• Coordinate with Deltek and consultants for issues.
• Align Vantagepoint with broader technology strategy.
• Create a roadmap for system improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and outside consultants.
• Stay informed about Deltek enhancements and best practices.
