Job summary

QC Servion seeks a Deltek Vantagepoint Systems Manager to lead modernization of the Vantagepoint ecosystem across multiple entities. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and HR/Payroll to automate integrations with Rippling and Avalara, standardize reporting, and shape system-of-record decisions to support business growth.

You will drive automated workflows, ensure payroll tax accuracy across jurisdictions, and manage security, reporting, and project initiatives in a fast-paced multi-entity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience administering Deltek Vantagepoint in a multi-company environment.
• Design and implement multi-state payroll tax withholding solution across Vantagepoint and Rippling.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building custom reports in Vantagepoint.
• Knowledge of COA design, project numbering standards, and data mapping for multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience managing system security, user roles, and workflow configuration in Deltek ERP.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical requirements for Finance, Payroll, HR stakeholders.
• Experience leading ERP modernization projects and ad hoc system initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated bi-directional API integrations between Rippling and Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Architect automated Avalara tax workflow integrated with Vantagepoint across all entities.
• Audit Timesheet/Expense workflows and define the system-of-record approach for payroll accuracy.
• Capture Work-In locations at timesheet level in Vantagepoint and sync to Rippling for correct payroll taxes.
• Troubleshoot integration errors and data discrepancies with Rippling, Avalara, and system support.
• Standardize reporting and data structures; build SQL- and Vantagepoint-based reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Maintain system security, roles, permissions, workflows, and SOP documentation.
