Full Sail Partners is seeking a Finance Consultant to join the Consulting Services team, with remote work in the US. The role involves implementing and configuring Deltek Finance modules for clients, managing engagements, and delivering effective solutions.

We hire across experience levels, focusing on the right match for the team. You will work with clients to optimize Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint Finance, build trusted relationships, and grow within a broad career path including Finance,

Qualifications

• Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint in a Finance or accounting role - either as a consultant or as a power user on the client side.
• Working knowledge of project-based accounting concepts - billing, revenue recognition, GL structure, and how those things live inside Deltek.
• Clear written and verbal communication - you can explain a complex configuration decision in plain English to someone who does not live in the system.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - or the hands-on experience that makes the degree irrelevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from scoping through go-live and beyond, managing sessions and configuration decisions.
• Build real client relationships and act as trusted advisor at executive levels when needed.
• Contribute to the practice through mentoring, proposals, scoping conversations, and knowledge sharing.
