GFT, a leading AEC-focused firm, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to optimize and govern core processes through Deltek Vantagepoint. You will partner with stakeholders across Finance, Project Management, HR, and Operations to design scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes senior functional and technical leadership, system integration, upgrades, and enterprise strategy in a remote work model within the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and designs.
• Experience with ERP platforms and enterprise software components.

Responsibilities

• Lead system analysis for complex enterprise initiatives using Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Review organizational changes, security models, and master data governance for consistency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, HR, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate requirements and design solutions.
• Translate business requirements into Vantagepoint configurations, workflows, security roles, dashboards and reports.
• Oversee testing activities: functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support ERP governance with risk assessment, decisions, and documentation.
