Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Consultant for Strategy, Growth, and Transformation in the Finance Transformation team. You will work with Finance and Technology leaders to modernize finance through strategy, operating models, and AI-enabled tools.

You’ll help improve decision-making, manage risk, and drive value across multiple client engagements. The role requires travel ~50% and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Economics.
• 3+ years in finance, accounting, or consulting in finance strategy, finance transformation, finance technology, finance data and AI, capital strategy, or cost optimization.
• Experience developing financial models or business cases.
• Experience with finance technology, ERP, performance management, finance data, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting or managing transformation project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder materials.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess finance capabilities, processes, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support development of finance strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate finance technology solutions including ERP, performance management, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze finance processes and cost drivers to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage project workstreams and develop client deliverables and support implementation.
